Tinnin #2

My linkshell did Tinnin again thursday, this time it was my pop and aragonz’ pop. Ara went first, and we had some members doing Tinnin for the first time. Hate was good for the most part, except a couple of times when I died and the other ranged DD’s pulled too much hate lol. I can’t help it though, doing Magic Bursts was just so fun lol. I MB Tinnin twice for 1.7k each and that’s when I pissed him off. He drew me in and killed me lol.

First drops sucked, just dropped the hyra stuff (which were all 100%) and Enkidu’s cap. Second pop was my pop, and it was also lightnightsday, so more fun nuking! I died right as I popped (I got 2 hit lol), but after that it was smooth sailing, people were doing much better with hate.

Man I love Magic Bursting. We killed Tinnin, and the drops….

Woot Alkalurops! I got lucky, got good drops on my pop. No fang though, but I can’t complain lol.

I’m gonna test this bad boy out, see if it’s worth keeping or selling. Til next time!

Byakko’s Haidate

Yesterday my Linkshell did Byakko and Genbu, and although it started out rocky, it was very fun and productive! Here are some pics:

{mine}! Finally, my leg slot isn’t gimp! (lolstrikesubligar). I can finally say my monk isn’t gimp. I’d say above average, but not uber, which is good enough for me for now!

Anyways, after I calmed down after getting it (lol) we continued to do genbu x2. Drops weren’t that great, but I guess we used it on Byakko lol. We got a Kabuto but no z.mitts, which hasn’t dropped for 4 genbu’s now, grrr.

Not bad damage from Genbu, considering he’s a god. I had 322 Elemental Magic/ 125 Int, but still got resisted quite frequently. Need Blm Hat dammit lol. Been getting unlucky with claiming Xarc lately.

LOL while we were waiting for the ??? to pop the LS decided to dance around our lead, Sourdo.

Apoc Nigh!

Man yesterday was the one of the best ffxi days ever!  Got Monk to 75, bought a K Osode (I’m in debt now but it’s worth it lol), and did Apoc Nigh!  Apoc Nigh totally suprised me as the leads of my ls told me they were doing it and needed people.  Anyways here are some pics (WARNING: spoiler alert for people that haven’t done it yet):

Man I love the Empyreal Paradox BCNM, so awesome to fight on.  I would gladly do apoc nigh and 8-4 again. Anyways, on a final note, every since I got sea I’ve been crag warping to sky, but yesterday I went to sky twice to farm, and so I had to go through the Hall of the Gods.  That place looks pretty cool also even though its a waste of time to get to sky lol.
